Thank you for visiting my website! I hope you enjoy learning a little bit about me and the Moline Ruhl&Ruhl office.  I was born and raised here in the Quad Cities and have grown up in the real estate industry. After graduating from Assumption High School in Davenport, I moved to St. Paul, Minnesota to attend the University of St. Thomas. After earning a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, I went on to work at two nationally recognized real estate agencies -- The Norton Agency in Atlanta and The Group, Inc. in Fort Collins.

Growing up in a family business spiked my interest in real estate at an early  age. I spent countless hours in offices, and became more and more involved in the business conversations at the dinner table as I grew up. It became apparent that I was going to continue in my families footsteps when I chose my college based on the reputation of the Real Estate school.  (The pretty girls on campus during my tour didn't hurt either).  After a few years of earning my stripes outside the Midwest, I realized that there really is no place like home.

I'm happy to be back in the Quad Cities and feel blessed to be a part of an amazing company.  Helping my agents and our clients realize their dreams is a task I don't take lightly and make every attempt to give the best advice based upon my degree in real estate, extensive training at Ruhl&Ruhl, and experience in three different markets. I have the very best people in my office and look forward to growing with them.

A Realtor should be chosen for his/her expertise and the resources available to them to help guide you through the home selling maze of paperwork, negotiations and "what-if" scenarios.  Please do not hire one of my agents or any other Realtor based upon family relations, commission rate, or friendship.  Make your decision based on who is the most qualified and has the best tools with which to market your home.  This will be a close partnership, and the best Realtor is not the one who tells you an artificial inflated sale price to get the listing, but one who guides your decision on proper pricing based on the current market conditions.  That realtor needs the necessary knowledge, must act honestly, and give you terrific service from beginning to end.  Our agents will strive to be that person for you!
